PREMIUM/PENALTY Iron Ore Chemical Composition: When each Fe increase 1% above 60.00%, Premium is at USD2.00 per MT of fraction prorate. When the Fe lower than 59.00%, each 1% Fe Penalty is at USD2.00 per MT of fraction prorate. When CCICshows the Fe content is below 60.00%, the buyer has the right to reject the whole cargo. When the Si is above 4.50%, each 1% Penalty is at USD0.50 per MT of fraction prorate. When Al2O3 is above 4.50%, each 1% Penalty is at USD0.10 per MT of fraction prorate. When Phosphorus is above 0.08% each 0.01% Penalty is at USD0.10 per MT of fraction prorate. When Sulphur is above 0.08%, each 0.01% Penalty is at USD0.10 per MT of fraction prorate. Dimension: When the size of iron ore is less than 0mm or more than 100 mm have exceed 10%, the penalty is at USD0.50per 1% of exceed.
