To this intent and as per our discussion, we offer you the following conditions to this transaction: Commodity: Manganese Ore Specifications: ( Mn51%+), (Fe 3.62), (P0.03), (Si02 4.26), (Moisture 1.47) 2. The Price of the Commodity is $85 per ton. 3. Terms of the transaction is EX Mine (Mansa). 4. Production per month – Trial Order of 500 metric tons. Monthly Production thereafter – 3,000MT and above. 5. Transport cost from mine to destination port – Ex Mine Documentation for Mining License(s), Police Clearance, Trading Permit, can be provided by Seller. We can handle the processing of the Export Permit. 6. Buyer to facilitate for own testing – Alex Stewart or SGS or any reputable 7. Payment terms – Buyer pays Cash at mine or after weighbridge. 8. Seller will draft Sales Purchase Agreement Contract once Terms and Conditions are discussed and agreed.
