Chief Executive/Chairman WASTE MANAGEMENT INTERNATIONAL PLC London-based, publicly listed subsidiary of Waste Management, Inc., then the world’s largest solid waste management and environmental services group – turnover of $1.8 B - $13 B respectively for WMI PLC and WM Inc. • Built Company from $150 M to $1.8 B turnover and net income from $15 M to $160 M (EBITDA $360 M) • Led spin-off of 20% of Company via global offering, simultaneously listing on both the LSE and NYSE and raising $750 M equity (at the time the largest ever non-privatisation IPO) • Selected, hired, led key management staff and provided leadership for 20,000 employees in over 25 countries.
