•Ore means:- iron ore of Indian origin. •Metric tonne means:- A tonne equivalent to 1000 kilogram •Wet basis means:- Ore in its natural wet state •dry basis means:- ore dried at 105 degrees centigrade •Trim means:- Seaworthy trim •suitable vessel means:- vessel which is suitable for entering & leaving (When loaded) the discharging port always safely afloat and for discharging at the discharging port •SGS means Societe Generale De Surveillance S A Switzerland and its network Commodity Iron ore fines FE 63.5 % Minimum average basis rejection below 62.5 % Country of origin :- India Port of loading:- Vizag port, East coast - India Delivery quantity and delivery period the delivery quantity shall be 40,000DMT ready cargo (+/-10% at seller's option), shipments single vessel load of 40,000M/tons from Vizag, port in India. The shipment shall take effect within 15 Working days from the date of receipt of commitment advance of 10% by RTGS, balance 90% On stake sampling and acceptance of the cargo while transferring owner ship rights to the buyer complete in all respects. The buyer can immediately proceed for stake sampling inspection after issuance of advance as commitment.
